At COFFEE PLANT, we strive for the perfect roast; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your coffee shipment.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach a photo of the product and the packaging, especially if the items arrived damaged or if you received the wrong roast.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number and instructions if a return is required.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement bag of coffee.
