How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily and package them immediately in one-way valve bags to seal in the aroma and flavor, ensuring you receive the freshest roast possible.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose a specific grind size tailored for Espresso, Drip, or French Press during the checkout process.
Can I return my coffee if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
